Exhibition Introduction

Uz Energy Expo is the most important electricity and energy exhibition in Uzbekistan. Since 2005, the exhibition has been held annually and has received strong support from the Uzbekistan Ministry of Energy and the Tashkent City Government. The Uz Energy Expo in Uzbekistan enables all participants in the energy market to exchange experiences with foreign practitioners, establish and expand business connections, and promote further development of Uzbekistan's power and energy industry.

market analysis

The total installed capacity of electricity in Uzbekistan exceeds 12300MW, covering 50% of the complete power generation equipment in Central Asia. At the same time, the Uzbekistan State Grid is also connected to the power systems of Turkmenistan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, and southern Kazakhstan. After the economic reform, the annual power generation of Ukrainian power industry enterprises reached 48 billion kilowatt hours. The power transmission line is 238800 kilometers (all voltages). All users are connected to the centralized power supply system and linked to neighboring countries through 500kV and 220kV high-voltage power lines. The total installed capacity of transformers in a 35-500KV substation is 39687.6 megavolt amperes. Uzbekistan's power generation equipment mainly comes from Russia, with the rest coming from the former Soviet Union and Central and Eastern Europe. At present, these devices have been in disrepair for a long time. If a large amount of funds are not invested in renovation and reconstruction, it will affect the reliable operation of the entire power system and even undermine the stability of the regional electricity retail market. The current technological situation is the lack of modern measurement, communication, frequency control, information systems, inspection systems, and data reading systems. Uzbekistan's power plants require more efficient and environmentally friendly equipment to ensure they reach their designed capacity and provide stable electricity supply to the global market.
